(The following is the transcript of a channeling conducted by Paul Selig in New York City on August 12, 2010.  It was followed by group and indiviidual energy work.)

We are going to work on you each, but not yet. We have to teach tonight and “teaching” is the theme.  And what it means to be a teacher in frequency in your knowing of yourself as an aspect of your Creator.

When you decide that this is who you are, it happens very quickly.  Once the attunement is set, the energy is present for you to work with as you choose.  And “as you choose” means, “as you decide that you are available to teach.”  What does it mean to be a teacher in frequency?  It quite simply means that you are an energy system, and that your energy system implies through resonance to others what they can achieve in energetic evolution. And that is the key here.  It is about evolution, and decisions to become what you say you can become.

“I am Word” is a great statement, but it implies much change theoretically.  However, in truth, to claim “I am Word” simply states who you are.  “I am this hat, or cane, or shoe,” is not a truthful thing.  But to say,” I am Word,” means “I am aspect of my God in creation and as I am this thing, I am attuned to it and require myself through this intention to evolve as this.”  It is really that simple.

Now we said “teachers” and that’s important to understand.  As you are a teacher, you call to you those you teach.  And as you do this, you have to ask quite simply, “What am I here to do?” and allow the teaching to come through you.  There are several of you here who are more than ready to do the work.   And you will do the work the moment you decide there is no lesson plan needed, that there is nothing else to do but be the Word in frequency.

Now we will teach you the Word, those of you who are new here.  We will sing it to you.  It will be your frequency and we will dance with you in the energy if you wish.  This is who you are, you know, and we are teaching it so it will be taught.

Now tonight is about love, in one way.  And you will understand this, each of you.  Your teaching of yourselves as this aspect of God is a creation that you will bring in love.  You can only be the Word in this frequency of love.  You cannot hold it when you are frightened, when you are judging, or when you are in fear.  This does not mean that you are (not) still the Word.  You are always the Word, but you cannot be in frequency and be a teacher when you diminish your frequency out of any of those things.

So, we give you responsibility tonight and say, “Yes, I will do the work.  I will teach, I will sing, and I will be responsible for my frequency.”  When you have decided you can do this, each one of you present, we will teach you and you will become the Word made manifest in a way that is expressed in the world.  And we say, “expressed in the world” for a very good reason.  Who you are in consciousness is always expressed.  You cannot be one thing and say you are another.  Do you understand?  Now when you have decided, and we say you have to, that this is real for you in truth, in consciousness, when you decide this for real, what you will do will be amazing to you and we do not lie.

Now Paul is asking, “What does that mean, to be amazing?”  It means to be in your wonder at all that you see and all that you call to you.  Because when you are in co-resonance as Word, what you call to you must be in accord.

Now we want to talk about your choices as teachers.  Several of you here have decided already that the work is for you and you will do it.  Several of you here don’t know yet and two of you are brand new and we don’t want you to know because that would be misleading.  But what it means to be the teacher of the Word is to be a song that is sung by a grand chorus of those who are evolving as this frequency.  And the choice to sing in the choir, as it were, is a beautiful one because the combined energies of the Word can tilt the platform of this frequency to reach many, many people.

“What does tilt the platform mean?” Paul says.  It is an example of what it means when you weight something with something to bring a rise on what is on the opposite post.  Paul is seeing a seesaw, and that is very correct.  Now the decision, we say to you, is your own.  But is not made on Thursday nights when you attend this meeting.  It is made daily.  It is made in a moment.  It is made in the moment that you decide you can do this.

“I am a teacher of Word,” when you claim this, if you wish, silently if you wish, but feel it, what does it feel like?  What does it sound like in your ears?  What does it mean to you?  “I am a teacher of Word.”  Now when you sing your song in truth you are in resonance with us and we shepherd you, if you would, in your teachings.  We do not teach through you, necessarily, as we teach through Paul, but you will feel our energies present, and you will understand intuitively what is required by you for the benefit of those you teach as you decide “Yes, I am worthy of this action.  I am knowing myself as Word.”

Now the song that we sing to you tonight is a song of gesture and choice.  The gesture is quite simply a handshake and we are shaking your hands, as it were, as we anoint you to the job you have said you wanted.  Look at who has attended tonight, please.  We have welcomed two members who are seeing what this is.  And the rest of you, intentionally, have been working very hard for several years on your evolution and that is important.  You are here tonight to say, “yes” to your call.

Paul was asking all week, “Is the group for teachers done?”  Absolutely not.  But is has changed as the Word reaches more people.  And we must find a way to work with you that will be heralding your teaching in conjoinment with others whose needs are to be taught.  So, that will be the next step for this group and it will be coming fairly soon.  But we say, “yes,” in the gesture to you.  Have you chosen this?  If you choose it, you must choose it daily.  You must say “yes” to it daily or it’s pointless; then it is a fabrication.

You are not a white female on Monday and Wednesday; you are one every day of the week,  if that is your pigment.  You are not a man on Tuesday and Thursday; you are that every day in this body, in this lifetime, as you choose it.  So we say this to you about teaching: As you evolve as yourselves, you have become this frequency and the work of the frequency, the action of the frequency is to align yourself in Word for the purpose and for the benefit of healing others.  This is not about you all the time, you know.  You would like it to be some days, but it is not.  It is about the benefit of the world.

Now the world that you are in right now, realize it or not, is at a vast juncture.  It’s about to fall into the water almost, believe it or not.  And we are not speaking gloom and doom.  We are speaking of the “tilt” we spoke of earlier.  And what this really means is, the probability is such that many of you will be called to work with others because the requirement will be that the people that you encounter are requiring the new resonance and they will ask for it in a way.   Which is why we say to you you don’t have to do anything but show up and ask us for the work to be revealed through you.

The juncture we speak of is a reclamation of an awareness of themselves in their divinity.  It’s really that simple.  Who you are is the Christ.  That’s the action of this work.  Who they are — everybody — is the Christ in manifestation at one level of awareness or another.

For the new men, we speak of the Christ as the aspect of the Creator that is truthful and awakening within you that seeks itself in truth and realization.  And you cannot be this energy without the awareness of it in your brothers and sisters.   It cannot be so.  So we are graced with your presence and we say to you, those of you who are choosing this, this is your work.  This is your action.  You don’t open a school.  You stand on the corner.  You stand in the elevator. You stand at your job in your awareness of yourselves as this frequency and the frequency does the work.  Do you understand?

We are pleased that you are aware that this is the time for this work to come forward.  We waited for a long time, you know.  This group was here for a long time and we were wondering for years if you would get with the program, as it were and, in fact, you did and that is why this can happen now.
