(The following is the transcript of a channeling conducted by Paul Selig in New York City on July 3, 2010.  It was followed by group and individual energy work.)

Thank you each for being here.  And tonight is a night of celebration on many levels.  And the first level we want to speak about is an introduction to love.  And that is actually happening within each of you now and what this really means is that the gate has been opened and love is coming forth and you will each experience this in the way that is appropriate to you, but you will know it.  It will come in a way you can understand and express.  We say express because “in love” is not a passive thing.  You become the receptor and you become the action of love as you love.  As you love you are loved, you become love and that is who you are.

Now the celebration we speak of is happening on many levels, and we will teach you what it means to be a solver of problems and corrector of issues as you embody as your Christed itself.  As you become yourself in this vibration, what you call to you will transform your lives.  We teach you this with the intent that you are the teachers.  We teach you this with the understanding that you are understood by those you encounter and we align you in the beneficence of your love for your brothers.

As you become the love that you incarnate as your traditions will evolve and this group will become a harboring for many who seek love and can be held in love.  And your jobs will be to record this, to embrace those who require it and teach the healing that you have been taught.  Now those of you who are new are thinking this must not be for me, but that is not the case.  Your traditions will be changing as well and your love will be encountering the love of those you express your love to.  This is not  abstract, Paul.  He is commenting in the back room and we are stopping to correct him.  The expression of love incarnate is the embodiment of Christ.  That is who he was.  Those who have come in His path, those before and after who have sung the song of God incarnate have sung this as well and this is the song we sing through Paul that we sing to you.  As you hear it, as you create with it, you evolve into it and it is choice, it is choice and it is here.

“Tonight I choose to embody as love.  Tonight I express myself in love and I herald this song to those who would hear me.  I am here as myself in my willingness to embody as love.  I am Word through this intention.  Word I am Word.”  What you say when you say this is “Yes, I have come and I am present.  And as I say yes, I align my frequency to heal, to be healed, to be the healer in the frequency of love.”

Now we speak of traditions, and we want to say what this means.  When we speak of a tradition, we talk about a uniform action that is put in place to heal and to absolve.  When we speak “I am Word,” we are teaching you a sermon and a song and a tradition.  When we speak “I am Word through my body,” we are healing you in our language so that you can heal others with the same.  And when something is tradition, it is held in esteem and it is recognized, a handshake, a kiss on the lips or on the cheek, a touch on the forehead; all are traditions that have been held in recognition of one’s brother, and your love tonight will be the vibration that we work with.

Now our teaching you will teach you how to choose what is valuable to you as you move forward.  As you recognize in your own lives those things that no longer merit attention, as you see these things for what they are, you acknowledge them and you thank them for what they have taught you and then you go on and you change your course of action.  Do you understand?

You have each been entitled to a vibration that is shared in a response by this group through our work, and as you continue on your frequency requires you to change things.  What are these things that are no longer vibrating with you?  Look at your lives tonight and ask yourself “Where am I not safe in myself? Where do I doubt my worth?  Where do I live, and is it concurrent with my feelings of myself or does it need to be transformed?  Who do I love?  Why do I not love?  What is not working?  Why do I have it today and am I willing to allow it to release?”

The choice to say “yes” in frequency requires this.  You cannot sing the song and harbor the old frequency of yelling at the self in recrimination or being frightened of your father or your mother or your son.  You cannot allow yourselves to become the one empowered by your rage because it feels appropriate culturally.  You are now teaching others as yourselves.  And what this means, very simply, is your frequency.  Your choice to Word is being seen and heard in the higher levels of others’ frequencies and they are responding to you as this light you claim you are.

So when you do this, you have to choose what is now learned behavior and what is a new thought that will heal you, that will carry you forward.  Are we speaking in a way that you can understand?  Yes?

We ask you this because we are working through Paul’s system tonight in a lower frequency so he can feel the shifts that will be occurring more practically.  We have been speaking very quickly through him lately and we are toning things down for this experience for a reason.  The truth of who you are as an embodied woman, as an embodied man is about to be expressed as love and we said to you earlier you will know it, you will feel it, it will be a doorway for you to express yourselves in this vibration.

So now we would like to get to work with this group in the way that is most appropriate.  Would you each stand by your chair and we will teach you as we work.  We will start with the acknowledgement of your worth.  Would each one present take one moment to think about themselves as worthy of this experience, as worthy of love, as worthy of expression as love.  Will each one present decide tonight that you are allowed, you are permitted, you are free in healing to be loved and to embody as love.  Take this time and meditate on it.  When you are ready, we will begin.

Now we want to call to you each the fear of being loved so that you can understand what it is.  The fear of being loved is a creation that each man and woman holds that stops them from allowing themselves the intimacy they say that they require with themselves, with their fellows and with their Creator.  This is a manifestation of deceit.  It is a creation of a lie.  It has been held in place for far too long in the energy fields of all men and women.

Now if we are to discard this, we must understand it for the lie that it is.  When you have chosen to believe it, you have gone into agreement with it and you have chosen the lie.  When you have believed the lie, you agree with it and you agree with those who believe it as well; so it becomes a multiple creation.  The belief that you cannot be loved in a full expression of yourself as who you are has become an obstacle that must be cleared for once and for all.  If you are going to do this work, you cannot adhere to it any more.  You must decide tonight that the belief that you are not loved, that you could not be loved, is a lie.

Are you willing tonight to relinquish the need to adhere to and to agree with this creation of the deceiver?  We say that word intentionally.  We are not talking about devils, we are talking about a creation in deceit.  So the correct way to express it is to release the need to agree with that deceiver.

“I am now choosing to release the need to agree with and to adhere to any belief that I am not allowed to be loved in any way, shape or form.  And I am choosing to relinquish this belief to those guides, those beings who are here working with us tonight to herald me into a new freedom, incarnation as love.  I am now choosing this.  I express it.  And on this time I claim my absolution of the fear that has controlled me throughout time.  I am Word through this intention to release myself from this bondage of fear.  Word I am Word through this intention.  Word I am Word.”

We will gift you with this now.  Become a receptor of love and choose it in this way:

“On this night I accept myself as a vehicle of love.  And as I express myself in this frequency, I am known to my brothers and to my sisters and to all men and women as this frequency.  I do not need to effort it.  It is embodied as me.  It is a creation of love that I co-exist in.  And I give my thanks for the opportunity to become myself in love.  I am Word through this intention.  Word I am Word.”

We want to talk about love and frequency and the regard you hold for yourselves and how this manifests in your lives.  And the wishes that you have for yourselves that carry you forward that are not fueled by love carry with it problematic issues and we want to attend to you tonight in your own awareness of your needs and how you project your lives into the future.

Now we speak of love, for the uninitiated, in frequency.  And what we mean by this is that love is a frequency that can be channeled through you and can become you as you attune to it.   When you have embodied as love, you have regarded yourself in frequency.  And when you are in this frequency, all that you command is in the frequency of love.  It cannot be otherwise.  Everything that you see, hear and touch will be the frequency of love because this is the truth of manifestation.

When you have reached this level of embodiment, what you can attain in your practical lives will be amazing to you, but not for the reasons you think.  Because you have become this thing that, in fact, you always were at a causal level, you have come into your own knowing of your Divine Self as the master of your life and, consequently, what is created from this way of being is your name: “I am Word as this being, and the manifestations that I create are in tandem with this knowing and understanding.” You cannot create from any other place when you encounter yourself in your own divine nature.  As you come into your knowingm as you claim your power and create from this love, your gifts become apparent to you.  And as you choose them as they are offered, you claim your gifts and you sing them, and we say, “sing” for a reason.  The song that you sing in creation manifests as God in a body and nothing else.

Now this is a frightening prospect and it brings with it misunderstanding that requires some correction tonight.  I am a teacher.  I am come through Paul as a Master singing his song to this group with one intention only, to call you by your true name.  And as I sing your names to you, I call you into your wonderment and your crown centers will be achieving themselves in your knowing of this consciousness.

Now tonight is a special night, but it is a night of memory as well as action.  And the best way we can describe it to you is that your choices have been made in your divinity and those things that stand in the way that correct their paths to mislead you, to take you away from your benefit, are being thrown before you so that you can see what they are.

Now the discomfort that you experience here, both in the physical body, in the mental body, in the emotional selves can be corrected by Word, and you have been given the tools with which to do this.  So, we enable you tonight to correct things that have been making themselves present at the same time we direct you outward to sing, to sing, to sing.

Now to be God in a body, as it were, simply means you have attained mastery.  And what mastery is is the fruition of the cycles of initiatic work that call you into your power and your creation.  Several of you here have done this work before and, consequently, you are closer to the summit than you might think.  But the reason we do this with the group as a whole is that the work of this group is to crown others.  You are not selfish people.  You have come here with aid and you have come here with wisdom and you choose others to crown in Word so that they may know themselves in love.

The vibration of love is the Creator.  It cannot be otherwise.  There are aspects to a Creator as there are aspects to anything.  However, tonight we are working with love, and we are working with your esteem of the self that you know today as who you are.  When you know who you are, you become yourselves and you can claim this in any way you wish.  You can choose your name.  You can choose your life.  You can choose your gifts once you understand that nobody withholds anything from you in spirit.  This is done by fear, and fear will prevent you from the mastery you are entitled to.

Now when you claim your gifts, the first thing you will encounter is the fear of them and “Who am I to be this one who sees the lights around people?” or “Aren’t I grand that I can know something about somebody else or heal them with my touch?” and this is a manifestation, of course, of fear that requires you to believe that you are different and special and not a piece of the Whole Thing as it were.  You are children this way.  But of course, once you gain your mastery and you dictate to yourself the conditions of your work in response to our directions, you can become the grown beings, the light beings who can attend to their gifts as one would anything else.

When somebody here plays the clarinet with great beauty, everyone says “How lovely that the clarinet can be played with such love.”  However, when somebody sings our song and speaks as us, the initial response is “That is different, I could not do that, who am I to know this?”  Get ready everyone.  Those days are over.  The kingdom is present as you claim it.  And the fear of this is the false-self attempting to claim dominion for you.  Do you understand what we are saying?

We are gifting you with a teaching that will transform every aspect of your life as you claim it.  To claim “I am Word” is to decide who you are and to understand what that means is to create a new self in the image and likeness of your God.  I have been here many lives.  I have sung this song many times.  And I gift you tonight with the welcome to the tune, as it were, so you can assist the masses in their growth.

Now this is a big ordeal for a few of you.  “Well that sounds nice, I didn’t sign up for this.”  Guess what?  You did.  You actually did.  When you incarnate as a soul, you create a pathway for yourself, a trajectory to follow, to learn from, in order to grow in a soul way towards your own evolution to Christhood as it were.  This has been gifted to you.  You have chosen this.  When you claim, “I am Word,” you sanctify the frequency of your being and you make it ready for the work to come forth.  You have chosen.  And tonight we sing.  We sing and we sing.

I am the Word.  I have come in the name of my Father to gift those before me with the kingdom of the God-self incarnate.  As I have sung this song, I have attended to the flowers of my garden.  I have procured and tended to my life and I have gifted others with their fruits.  I gift you tonight with each one present a new way of understanding the self through this passage of Word made manifest.

Listen to yourselves, each one of you, and the messages that you give yourself are what you carry forward in your life and the scripts need to change.  It is time to declare yourself as the one in charge and no longer victimized by circumstance.  It’s time to become aware of your own ideal self, which is the self that is in truth realized as herself, himself in Word.  To be in Word is to be in the Christ consciousness and to be vibrating in that frequency.  And all that you do from that space carries with it that intention.

Now you can complicate it if you wish.  There is really no need to.  There is nothing to be done but to say, “I am Word” and then claim that as truth in frequency.  When you do this, you change your vibration and you bring it to a new level.  And those things that do not co-resonate in Word will have to transform in order to go into the next level with you.

Now the choices that you make through this time about what you need, where you go, who you should be with must be informed by the new frequency or else you repeat the past and you get stuck in past behavior.  And then your frequency is low and then you say “There was nothing to it anyway.  Nothing happened.  I did not transform myself.  Can you see?  Here I am with the same problems from six months ago.”  Well that’s choice, really.  And when you say that you create that as well.   So if you want to be responsible through the messages you give yourself, listen to what you say each day, notice it and correct it when it requires correcting.  When you are in charge of your life on this level you can create more readily and you can know yourself more fully as an aspect of the Creator come into form.

Now the lies that you tell yourself about what you are are what we need to talk about now.  “I am not good enough.” “I am not worthy of this.” “I do not love him or her because I am not loved.” “I do not give myself what I want because I am not worthy.  And if I told myself I was, I would be in deceit.”  Now this is choice again.  Do you wish this? is the big question.  How often do you say these things to yourself with the intention to change your mind only to find out that you get a great benefit from the pain that you gift yourself with as you do this.  You have an investment in your pain.  And when you want to get over that, you may.  But to the extent that you do not allow yourself to do this, you will still continue to aggravate yourself in this matter.

Now we would like you to know something.  There are fears that need to come up in order to be cleared.  Now this is very important to understand.  Some of you have had a deep investment in shielding yourself from your core issues.  Everyone does.  When those things first make themselves known your energy system will become repelled by the response you have to it and try to create a system to circumvent this from arising fully.  And when this happens, you can create a situation for yourself where you deprive yourself of the knowledge you require in order to release something.

When something has been painful and it has been circumvented from your conscious mind systems become created to protect the self from having to reveal it to the conscious knowing where it would have to be corrected and those of you who do not want this still invest in the participation of that denial.  But when you get to this level of knowing in your consciousness it has to arise somehow.  When these things come to pass they bring with them information and the information is healing.  But they can create a crisis of the body or of the mind because the mind has long decided that this should not be recalled; this should not be dealt with.  And the fears that arise as a result of this will create their own little crisis, the purpose of which is to keep you from seeing the truth.

Now each one of you here has progressed enough on the path to understand what we are talking about and we do not tell you that you have to create horrible things in order to grow.  But we do have to tell you this: When you are on the path and you stumble across something on the path that blocks your entry to your next level of frequency, you have to attend to this thing or wait by the roadside until the next train comes.  And we will tell you this: The next train means the next opportunity to deal directly with an issue or the next lifetime when you have the preparation to do so.

Now those of you who are on the fast track, as it were, which means your intention is to incarnate fully as your Divine Self, have a choice to make tonight and it’s a very simple choice.  “Am I willing now to attend to those things of myself that are created in past self’s knowing of fear that are now ready to release?  Am I willing to go there safely and in love and accept those aspects of myself that are doing detriment to my frequency and are keeping moored in lowered vibration?”

Now the answer is always “yes” from you.  You always say “yes” and you assume that it will be taken care of by us in frequency.  But please understand, there is only so much we can do in consciousness with you.  There is only so much we are able to do unless you unlock the door with your deep permission to go there yourselves.  Now we are not telling you to go hunting for the past self that created pain.  These things arise when they need to and they come up for a very good reason.  It is time to attend to an aspect of the self that requires transformation or healing and needs to be aligned to the new vibration.

Paul is seeing an image of a balloon rising from the earth plane and in the balloon is a rotten thing, rotten corpse, a rotten body, if you wish.  You do not carry that thing with you to the higher frequency.  You understand it.  You release it.  But that thing would hold you back, so your investment in keeping it, as it were, is what we are speaking of and nothing more.

Now each one present tonight has been served with an issue that they will deal with on this night, and this is going to be your choice.  You are each going to be asked to deal with one thing in consciousness that you are going to ask to release and the group will work you, and we will work with you as well in frequency.  But, the group must support the others here in order to bring about a frequency of a pitch that will heal and respond directly to the request that has been made.

We have never played around with you people.  When we say something is going to happen, it happens.  And we are telling you tonight that the work of this night is to say “Yes, I do not need this any more and I am willing to release it to the group for this transformation.”

Now when you do this, you have to encounter the resistance that has been there already and we understand the fear of doing that directly on your own, which is why we are having the group support you in this emission of frequency to attend to each of you in a vibration that will support you as you go through this next process.  Now the willingness to do this is a piece of it.  The choice to do it is the big deal.  When you really make a choice to decide something, to do something, and you resonate in that choice, you will feel it, you will know and it will be liberating for you.

So, we offer you this.  On this night are you now willing to receive our knowing into your knowing, to support you in identifying one thing that you need to release in order to realign your energy field to go to this next level of ascension.  Are you willing to do this?  Yes?   We offer you this now.

“On this night, I am now choosing to bring my energy field into accordance with my guides and the support that is here to my benefit with the intention to release one aspect of the self that has been hidden in darkness that will now be brought to the light in perfect healing, in perfect love, and in perfect freedom.  And I am doing this of my own free will with the understanding that the process of this will be a decision made and carried forward in Christ consciousness in high frequency, in love and in valor.  I am choosing this of my own will because my growth is my responsibility and as I attend to my growth, I realign my energy field to this next level of creation.  I am now choosing to do this.  I am allowing myself to do this and I am free to do this with these words:

I am Word through this intention to release that aspect of the self that is now required to be transformed in higher frequency for my own highest good.  And I do this of my free will with the ability to know that I am of service and I am being served by the group and by the guides in attendance.  I am Word through this intention.  Word I am Word.”

We are ready to go, and would like to start with a prayer of protection and a sanctification of the new home you are residing in.  Now this is important to understand.  The frequency of this space, in fact, is higher and, consequently, the energy work we do with you will change somewhat as we are allowed to amplify the frequency to a new level.

Now each one of you is undergoing a change anyway, and you will see this in your own lives as you attend to your business.  But we will start tonight calling in this space into a healing space and sealing it in the Christ consciousness so that you may work effectively with one another and with our frequency as we attend to your needs.  So if you would confirm the following:

“I am now choosing to sanctify this space in Divine Light and I am owning my own ability to go forward in this work in this new environment with the highest good of all concerned in attendance.  I am doing this now through the intention to come into my own knowing as Word.  I am Word through this intention.  Word I am Word.”  Now we receive you each as love.  “I am now owning my ability to be received as love.  I am Word through this intention.  Word I am Word.”

This is a night of celebration.  And this is a night of benefit.  And this is a night of wisdom being taught and earned through your actions.  Now each one of you wants to know why you are here and why you have come into this lifetime.  And we would like to tell you each your own answers, however we cannot because that takes away your ownership of your own choices.  But we will tell you this much:  There is no accident that we are working together and there is no fear in the work that we do in love with each of you.

Now tonight’s work and teaching is about responsibility and the responsibility that you take as a soul when you incarnate.  You each come here with plans that have been made prior to this lifetime.  You each come with agendas and with a direct access to those things you will need to be responsible for as you go forward.

Now if you can imagine for a moment that you have a list of things that need to be learned and achieved in a lifetime, and you go forward with this list in your back pocket unable to see it even, but understand, everyone, that that list is active.  You each have it and it is informing your choices and the changes that you incur through them.

If you know already that you need to make a salad, you go to the produce section.  If you know in this lifetime you need to learn wisdom, you need to recover from a past injury, you need to heal an aspect of the self that was deeply wounded in an encounter with another, you go to those places as well.  And as you attend to them, you have encounters and you have ways of responsibility.

Now to be in responsibility is to be in action.  There is nothing passive about that.  When you make a choice and you adhere to the responsibility of it, you are in action.  Now the quandary that you have as you go forward in this life is you have no clue what you chose to be responsible for, and therefore you feel victimized when something occurs that feels out of your control.  You understand, on a certain level, that you may have a lesson to learn or that there is an opportunity for growth, but you cannot understand the reason for it outside of your experience in this lifetime.  So as you change your course in response to the actions of your lives you are constantly replaying issues again and again until you understand them and accept them and learn their lesson and move on in life.  There is no punishment here really.  You understand this because, in fact, you are choosing these situations in order to heal yourselves.  It doesn’t feel like it, does it sometimes? And we understand this.

Now we will talk about injustice in a moment because that does happen and people incur karma through their treatment of others and through the choices that they make.  However, the responsibility we speak of tonight has much more to do with your own choices, what you have brought forth as learning as choice in this lifetime.

Each one of you here contends with issues that you identify as the self because you over-identify with your problems to the extent that you believe that they are you.  Well they are no more you than a page in a book that will be turned one day.  And this lifetime, in fact, is no more than several pages in a much larger book that has been written over thousands and thousands of years and incarnations.  And the ability that you have to move through this stuff, as it were, through the work that we do will enable you to move quickly as you access your own Divine Self.   Because if you can understand right away that your Divine Self, your aspect of God indwelling within you has been here forever, will be here forever, you can understand the transitory nature of all else that you experience.

Now wisdom, we say, comes from experience and through learning.  And the choices that you make and the actions that you take in response to them are the learning you need in this lifetime.  These things happen for purposeful reasons.  “Why was I harmed by that woman?” “Why did this happen to me when I was ten?”  “Why did she say that to me yesterday?” Well, you can go on and on about these things if you wish.  But we have said before to you that this passage requires you to move forward without fear and without blame of others.  Your intuition, your own knowing tells you that this is correct.  But you still harbor fear that “if I don’t do this right I will be in trouble,” “If I don’t get her back, I will be harmed again,” “If I don’t teach him his lesson, nobody will, so it has to be done.”  When you move into these spaces, you are actually out of alignment, but you may be incurring more karma that you will have to work out as you go forward.

Now, the good news for you is that that aspect of you that is divine is greater than any trouble you could encounter.  That aspect of you that is enlightened already and is seeking its’ realization as “I am Word” can contend with whatever you encounter, and this is a fact.  You don’t believe it yet because you haven’t had to act on it fully, but each of you will in time.  And this is the great healing that is promised to you each when you know yourself as your Divine Self.  In your wisdom, your passage is complete and there is no harm to come to the Christed Self who owns her truth, because that harm cannot exist at this level of consciousness.

“Well, what of the body?” you ask.  The body vibrates at a low frequency and each one of you who has been working for a while has actually been working to frequency-elevate the physical self that you stand in so that you may hold more energy.  But the body itself is merely a vehicle for your experience of consciousness on this plane.  Once you identify with the body as yourself, you become moored to low frequency.  Do you understand this?  Now we are not discounting the physical form that you stand in in any way at all.  It needs to be healed.  It needs to be loved.  And it needs to lift with you as you can take it, but it is not who you are.

So the fear of the body is something that everybody contends with eventually as they move forward in lives.  And we say “lives” with intention tonight because we are taking you out of this lifetime in consciousness to give you the broader spectrum so that you may begin to understand yourselves in sequence.  And we say “in sequence” with this in mind:

The experiences that you have and that you become responsible for are tethered in your consciousness in a string that is in sequence and can be moved out of sequence as you shift in dimension.  Now this can happen easily and it already happens, in some ways, when you access information from the future through your clairvoyance, or through the body with you clairsentience, or when you understand something “in your knowing” in a way that is truthful to you and was not garnered through your physical actions.  What this means is you already have access to the self out of time, and when you are out of time and out of sequence, as it were, you can call to you information that exists and is apparent in higher dimensional realms.  This will be something that we do with you in time so that you can access your own knowing outside of your frame of reference, outside of your experience of this planet, of yourselves in form.  But responsibility, we say, is how you must manage it.

Now Paul wanted to know about injustice earlier and we owe him an explanation, because each one of you in this life has had multiple experiences of understanding yourselves through injustice.  And as this happens you become identified as the one who was harmed.  Now guess what everybody?  In some cases, you are a balancing act and some of these people that you encounter who you feel harm you are actually balancing themselves out with you as well.  But are there instances of injustice? Yes.  You all have free will and you encounter things through your lives that you may not feel in truth.  But finally you have a decision to make, “Is all that comes to me in my conscious mind my creation or am I a victim of circumstance?”

Now there are collective decisions that get made by soul groups.  There are collective decisions that are made by countries and there are collective decisions that are made in the higher realms that get brought into form through the intention to transform, and that is what is happening now.  We are working with this planet with other groups, through other vehicles, to change the vibration of this place into an ascended way of being.  This comes out of a requirement for this planet to be in its knowing of itself as divine, and the forgetting of this, finally, has been the reckoning that you are having to attend to as humans.  It is what is happening now.

The reckoning is upon everyone and, of course, you know that as you choose to grow into your knowing you can acclimate to the frequency we offer you and attend to yourselves and others.  But there are people right now who resist the frequency and create resistance on this plane.  And you must become aware through your own witnessing when something is not in truth, when something is being created to provoke fear, when something is being created to diminish the frequency that is available to others.  And this is the backlash, as it were, that says “No this cannot happen.  No it cannot be real.  And no, I am not allowed to know myself as loved by God” as it were.  Do you understand what we are saying?  So the responsibility you each have now is to be in your attendance of your vibration.  And when you are low, ask yourselves why?  What is the cause? What am I fearing?  Where am I fearful of who, and what, and why do I hold this?   And then make the choice to change.

You are responsible for your own vibration.  No one can do this for you.  No one can do it with you without your permission.  And we are working with you each as we can to assist you in your own knowing of your own God-self.  That is our work here and it will continue.  “I am Word through my knowing of myself as Word.  I am Word through this intention.  Word I am Word.”

Thank you each for being here.  Tonight’s a special night and the voyage is continuing, like it or not.  Sometime the voyage does not feel very good, but the ship must sail on and, we say, sail it will.  The traversing that is happening now is about knowing yourselves in your completeness and we will echo this one more time: “In completeness” means you are the ones responsible for your life and your choices and your realizations of your identity as a divine being.  When you denounce yourself, when you speak ill of yourself, you are teaching yourself a negative thing and you are deciding in that moment what your identity is, and those of you who hold shame still hold it in glee at times because the destruction that it brings you is familiar, in some ways.

The need to decide who you are on a level of frequency is being called to each of you through this time and tonight is going to be a night of recognition for some of you.  And by “recognition” we mean you will have to confront that aspect of the self that is holding you back, that is in denial of your truth, that refuses the light, who believes she is shameful, who believes she is not worthy of this.  And each of you who feel this tonight are going to be contending with the results of this for some time.

Now this is not negative; this is moving.  This is the frequency moving.  This is the challenge.  It is so much easier to play being in your light when you do not have to look at those aspects of the self that you hide from the light.  And to the extent that you still do that, you are lacking the benefit that we are doing together because you are complaining about yourselves.

When you deny the light, you are in choice.  Understand this each one of you.  You are in choice.  Now you have to decide tonight that the requisite manner that you will work with this information will be kind.  That you will not hurt yourselves with the information we give you, or we offer you to contemplate and decide about.  You must each decide tonight that your choices are to move forward in kindness, and we will work with you this way as we can.

Now tonight is a new night.  We are working on your systems and we are teaching you contemplation, in a way, because we are going to offer you an idea of what you want and you will say “yes” or “no” to it.  And when you decide “yes” or “no,” you can make a decision about how you will handle it.  This is your choice.  Nobody will teach you anything without your ability to respect it and respond to it.  Nobody will align you to the frequency of Word without your willingness to adhere to it; that is your choice, that is your responsibility and that is the choice that you are making tonight.   So, we give you an offering and a responsibility to receive it if you can understand what we say.

“Tonight is the night that I offer myself, all aspects of myself to my Creator.  Tonight is the night that I decide once and for all that I can have this in manifestation.  Tonight is the night that I decide that I am able to receive myself in my knowing.  And tonight is the night that I claim my province over the work that is to come to me.  I am in my choice.  I am in my honor.  And I am in my ability to show myself what is required in order to bring myself to this acknowledgement of my divinity.  I am Word through my knowing.  Word I am Word.  I am Word through all that I see before me.  Word I am Word.  And I am Word through the benefit that will come to me through this decision.”

Now tonight we work on each of you to relinquish a past self that is ready to say goodbye.  Tonight we ask you to see this self, see all aspects of him or her and decide tonight that this person that you are, that you have been, is in her ascension, is in his ascension.  And as a snake will shed his skin, you will begin to release those aspects of the self that claim power over you with an investment to tether you to lower frequency.

Now you can each decide what this can be for yourselves. You can each be in your choice. But we would like to facilitate this work with you to the extent that we can, and we ask your indulgence as we work with you.  Your choice tonight is to be in decision.  That is the choice tonight.  You can be in receptivity.  You can be in discussion.  But to be in decision is the key for the step we are taking you to tonight.

As you choose, your responsibility changes.  As you decide, your response changes, and the movement of your life is altered.  As you each have decided, “I am Word,” you have claimed power.  As you have decided this, you have brought with it a creation of consciousness in higher knowing.  You have each been gifted with this.  You have each claimed it.  Now the obstructions to this are ready to go.  They are ready to move.  And your challenge will only be saying “Yes, I am willing to let go of these aspects of myself that are now hindering my expression of my Divine Self in his majesty, in her majesty.”

Now we want to tell you something quickly about what this does not mean.  This does not mean that you begin to resemble something artificial that you believe you should be.  How silly would that be, for you to decide that it looks a certain way, or you should behave a certain way once you have evolved beyond these restrictions?  The energy that you are is the experience and is the acknowledgement and will be the reaction that you will have to the movement of the frequency releasing from you.  Do you understand this?  So, to make decision about how it is supposed to be will only enable you to create a system of failure around it based on previous perceptions of what acknowledgement and enlightenment are meant to be by other standards.  We use the word “enlightenment” to mean full of light.  You are consciousness.  The frequency that you are is the light and you are coming into your acknowledgement of this.  Period.

Now tonight we choose you and we give you an offering:

“Am I willing tonight to release those aspects of myself that are no longer in alignment with my good?  Am I willing tonight to allow myself the freedom to know myself in fullness and to say ‘yes’ to the peace that wishes to come and live in my heart?  Am I willing tonight to say ‘yes’ to the power of the Christ itself moving into manifestation through me?  And am I willing to say ‘yes’ to the light within me expressing itself in perfection?”

If you say “yes” to this tonight, you will choose the next step for your individual enlightenment because each one of you as you progress has a different trajectory.  And as you are on that trajectory you call to you those people, those experiences and those decisions that you will require to ascend to the next rung of the ladder.

Thank you each for this.  Tonight is special for us.  The energy will be high.  The choice will be made.  The responsibility will be given to you and you will choose it as you wish and we will be in honor with the choice that you make.

Are you willing now to respond to our question?

“Am I now willing to know myself as light in completeness?  Am I now willing to know myself as an aspect of the Creator in embodiment?  Am I willing now to let go of those aspects of myself that have hindered my progress, that have tainted my journey, and have misaligned me from my truth as divine expression?  Am I willing to say ‘yes’ to these corrections coming into form?  Am I willing to bear witness to the creations I have made saying good bye?  Am I willing to look myself in the eye and say ‘Yes, I am this thing, I have made this thing, I can release this thing in love?’  Am I willing now to go forward through the next step of my journey with the acknowledgement that I am at peace with the choices I have made to come here and to say ‘Yes, I am Word?’”   “Yes,” if you wish.

We now give you the answers you respond to as you question.  You will each be taught individually as you move forward.  You must get used to this possibility.  We are going to teach you one at a time with Paul and without.  You will be learning on your own.  You are the teachers to come.  You have chosen that.  We need to create within you a system of hearing and ennobling you to experience our wisdom in more direct ways than you have been able to.  And for this to happen, your energy fields need to be reconstructed in some ways for the information to be keyed into you.  And we use the “key” only as an emblem of what is really happening.

In your causal body, you will have an anchor, as it were, which will lift you in knowing to our realm to assist you in hearing in the way that is most appropriate to you.  So you cannot expect it to be auditory if that is not your ability yet.  But, your knowing will be your teacher.  And as you continue to work with this frequency what you know will extend way beyond what you have believed to be possible.

We are the speaker tonight, but we are also the listener.  And as we work with you individually, we are hearing you and we will respond to what you say as we are able through Paul and his willingness to be the vehicle for this information.  Our job is with you tonight.  Will you each stand please?

We want to speak to you directly about your knowing and we want you to feel this please.

“As I stand in my knowing, I now create within me an energy pattern that will facilitate my ability to answer my own questions, to hear my own voice, and to recognize the voice of my Higher Self and of my guides and teachers who are in assistance to my growth.  As I stand here tonight, I receive the information, imprinting itself in my vehicle, in my frequency in the way that will benefit my ability to grow into myself as the self that I am.

I am expanding now in my frequency to allow this to come forth in manifestation and I say yes to the ability to speak and hear the voices of God and his angels and emissaries.  I am Word through this intention.  Word I am Word.”

We want to talk a minute before you start about what’s happening now and the reasons for change and how you have to acclimate to it.

It’s very important that this time is understood for what it truly is: A regarding of the self in completion. When you are in completion, you are leaving things behind. When you are finishing things, you are welcoming the new things and these things have to appear in their time. And those of you who are going through extraordinary change must begin to recognize the self in completion. If you allow this, what you will understand about yourselves is a free way forward to live the life you claim that you want. When you desire health and love and freedom, it can be there for you when you choose these things, when you decide you can have them, when you can believe your worth as a Light Being receiving the self, “I am Word.”

Now tonight we want to talk about love and the freedom of love, and what love can be. And as you regard yourselves in love, the choices you make can only reflect love, can only be in love. And this is not clear to many of you still. Who am I in love? What does it mean to be in love? Who am I to say I am in love?

Now love, as we speak of it, is frequency. It is not emotion, It is choice. It is action. It is absolving itself through its intention to be love. It is always in transformation, as you are. It is always growing in love as you grow. Now, you are piece of light, you are a piece of the Creator having your experience here and trying to understand yourselves through the mirrors that you put before you: “I am a widow,” “I am a sad man,” “I don’t love this one,” “I care about that job.” And all of these things that you use to support your experience here are withstanding the changes that you are undertaking. But they must be transformed by them. They cannot hold as you go forward. And the experiences you have as you choose your knowing, ‘I am Word, I am an aspect of God in creation,’ will come to you in love.

Now tonight we have an issue we need to address with Paul, and we will use this opportunity because it is a public forum. And this is not to make him uncomfortable, but it is the only time he listens to us directly without censoring himself. And the reason for this is he cannot stop talking without breaking the flow. So we are supporting him tonight because he has been undertaking problems. And one after the other, they are surmounting themselves and carrying him forward. However, he does not see the point to it all, other than struggle. Why does it have to be so hard?

Well, we will tell you this, and this is applicable to each of you: As you choose your growth, what you correct in your experience must redirect you to a new place. You cannot stay the same and make the same choices without withstanding the frustrations that come when one attempts to compartmentalize the self when one is no longer able to. You understand this, everyone, but you don’t get it when you re doing it. When you feel that you are growing, but you don’t want to change anything, you have a hell of a ride ahead of you. Because the growth will carry you forward, whether or not you like it.

Now, this comes from choice, of course, but once you commit to the frequency of the Word, which is the Christ vibration in action, there is no way around it. You have put the motor on the boat, and the boat is going forward, and those things that keep the boat ashore are going to be thrown off the sides, so that you can travel readily to your new lives.

So, Paul, we say to you this: Your frustrations and fears are all about replicating the past and not seeing where you are headed, which is a joyous place. But your choices are still being born out of past behaviors. And that is the frustration you are experiencing. When you want something new, and you can take it, and you get frightened of it, you revert to patterning that would circumvent change and keep you in a position of safety as it perceived by you.

This goes for each of you, by the way, because you all have ways that you do this, and you symptomize them, you categorize them, and you explain them to yourselves through your rational thinking. But believe it or not, your rational thinking has been previously recorded by you in response to the creations you have made when you were significantly less in frequency. Do you understand that? So you are putting the plug in the socket expecting the voltage to flow, but the flow will not happen because the current cannot be contained in the receptacle for it by using the old methods.  You would short-circuit yourselves.

Now, justifying your behavior because it is what you have always done will keep you sitting on the road applauding the growth of everyone else, because you do not manifest growth by idealizing it. You manifest growth by choice, and action, and decision-making that will support growth. Now, this is spiritual, but a component of your work must be realized in this dimension, through physical action, choice, and responsibility to that choice. Otherwise, you get what you had, and it will not change. And we will serve you as you are and where you are, but we will not be able to give you the meal that is waiting for you at the next level of frequency. And that is a whole other experience.

Where you are tonight is where you stand. Where you stand is the product of all you have ever known, all you have ever seen, and chosen. You are the product of your experience. Period. Now, if you want a new experience, we will give it to you, but you must let go of the old in order to order it, as it were. When you still have your plate before you, you do not order the next one. You think about it, perhaps. But it’s time to get busy, we say. And we will give you the work tonight if you allow us.

Now, we did not expect to give you this yet. We were going to talk about other things first. However, Paul’s situation over the last several days has had us puzzling about choice and responsibility, and ways to render this for you each that you can understand that you are the one in choice, regardless of the outcome. And an outcome, as you perceive it, is the product of a choice, and nothing more. As you move beyond where you stand, your experience will begin to change, and remedy anything that was created out of old notions, patterns of behavior, or fear.

So we will talk about fear now and how you have to handle it through this change that so many of you are undertaking. “Who am I without my fear?” becomes the question you must ask yourself each day. “Who am I without my fear?” “What does it mean to me to be in this experience of myself with no fear? Who would I feel like? How would I sound? What would my behaviors be?” You don’t imagine this because you don’t believe it can be so.  And that fact in itself keeps you in fear, and in the recognition of your powerlessness in the face of it. This is your choice, we say. And how you choose to handle it in the coming weeks will decide for you the next stage of your life. And this is true for each of you. Everybody right now is being aligned to a higher level of knowing. This is not just you; this is everybody. And it will not change until we say it does. This is happening at a higher level of understanding. It is happening across the board. It is the grid that is enfolding this grid that is your experience that is expanding and in its escalation.

So the choices that you make while you are in transition are very significant. We will give you an example: You have to board a train. You have five minutes. You are in the station, and you don’t know which train is going where, so you grab the train before you and you say, “I am going here.” Now, that is not necessarily an illumined way of choosing. But when there is much chaos, and people are going through their methods of making choices, the decisions that are made are critical. And for each of you tonight we want to give a recommendation, that in addition to saying, “What would I be without my fear?” you ask yourself this: “Where am I choosing from? Where am I choosing from? Where am I choosing from?” When you choose from love, you choose one way. When you choose from doubt and fear, you create something else.

Now you do not always know what you feel, but love, as we stated, is not a feeling, but it is frequency in action. So, “What am I choosing from?” might well translate as “Where is this coming from in my experience, and what do I expect to benefit from this choice?” If your choice, perhaps, is about creating a narrative that is familiar and comfortable and keeps you in your security of experience in a way that is limited, there is no point to it anymore. If you are creating something stupid to create some drama, that’s not necessary either. But if you can understand today that an expansive choice that will give you a new experience of yourself in relation to Spirit, frequency and others, is of benefit to you now, you will understand what we are speaking of as we speak of choice.

Give yourself a break, everybody. Don’t go crazy. Simply realign yourself to the experiences you are having as part of the great dance that is happening on this planet right now. People are waking up right and left, and they don’t have a vocabulary for it, and their experiences are changing, and they don’t know who to call, or what to call it, because they have not been programmed to support this experience. Guess what, everybody? You are here to serve. You are here to help. And your claim to your own experience will be what aligns them to the possibility that they will create their own. So we congratulate you each in your decisions, but we offer you this advice: As people are falling and rising, and doing what they do around you, choice becomes critical. And “Am I choosing from a high place?” can be your anchor and your guide as you journey onward.

We will give you a moment to be still and know that I am God.  Be still and know that I am God.  And this is your lesson for tonight and it will continue to be your lesson in the weeks to come.  As you work on this energy field that you stand in, your ability to remain in yourself, to be yourself, in fullness will amplify.  But in order for this to take hold, you need to know yourselves as God. “I am Word” states this, in a way.  You understand this already, but the peace that you will come to (and we promise you this), as you understand this concept inside and out will surpass what you have known.  And we guarantee you this for one reason:  It is the work of this life to come into this knowing as yourselves, as the creator in tandem with the Great Creator.

Now remember this always:  Who you say you are on any given day is who you are.  Who you claim to be is who you become.  Who you trust yourself as is what you trust.  And what you do not trust in yourself, you do not trust in the world around you.

Now this life that your are living so far has brought with it many lessons and you have interpreted most of them wisely because those of you who come are in attendance to your feelings and your reality, consequently, has benefited from this.  But you need to know that who you are becoming will not withstand the old ways of discerning your reality.  And by this we mean that you have understood yourself mostly through your interactions with yourselves in relationship to others.  You know yourself through your relationship to your child or to your brother or to your husband or to your boss or to the people on the subway or the street or the store.  You see yourself in their reflection and consequently you understand who you are.

Now that works on one level and it will work again on a different level as you ascend in your own awareness as I am Word.  Now the trouble that you encounter is in limitation, in a limited way of knowing this self through your interactions.  “If she says I am this, maybe I am that,” and your reality, then, is malleable to others impressions of you.  And you sort through your bills, and you think of yourself interacting with your world economically and personally and without thinking of what’s going on around you in relationship to your ascension.

Now as you go forward and you trust yourselves as frequency you begin to realign your name. “I am Word through my knowing” is the benefit of the knowing you have.  And your ability to know yourselves in this way is paramount to the ability to withstand what comes to you as you rise in consciousness.

As you rise in consciousness you become aware of those things that had held you back, that have kept you in belief in limitation and then you have a choice, “Do I believe in the system of medical doctrine?  Do I believe in the system of economic life?  Do I believe in the system that my relationships must be a barometer for how I am doing in the world?”  All of these things that you work with on a daily basis you can expect to become challenged.  This is not a bad thing.  This is positive.  But the encounters with these things are what make some people pull away from the work.  If am told that there is something wrong with me that I don’t believe I can heal, then I have a choice.  Do I go forward in healing or do I withstand it by another’s procedures? If I am told, in a way, that the body that I stand in will not withstand something, how then do I benefit myself in a higher way to learn what is required to heal the body that I stand in?

Now in a relationship you all have choices.  And your relationship with yourself tonight is the choice we want you to make.  So when we say to you “Be still and know that I am God,” we are actually speaking as a “you” in amplification.  You are the one in your knowing and that aspect of the self that is the Creator within you is healing you, is doing the work with you and is choosing to bring to you the required information you will require to stand, to know, to be healed.

Now tonight is a new night and the loving that you will feel will be great because the love that we have for you is great.  And the love that you have for one another will become known to you as you re-address that aspect of the self that is love within you.   As you are loved, as you become love, as you stand in love you become love.  You are what you say you are, and your frequency will become one with love in a much higher way.

What is love?  Love is the aspect of the Creator that you experience in this way as love.  To be in love means to be in the Creator.  It means to be in the love, in the light, in that aspect of the Creator that you can call up which is all goodness, which is all light, which is all of benefit.

Now there are other aspects we could speak of because you can call your Creator by a name and have that experience of her, or him or whatever you wish to say it is.  But when we say you are “in love” in this frequency, as self-identified, you become the love you say you are.

Now when you choose this and you open to it, you are opening up a can.  And that which has been sealed within the can will be released and that includes those things that the body has withheld from healing in the past.  You have heard of healing crises in the past, when things come up to the surface in relief of their symptoms as they pass through the skin.  In a way that is what is happening here, in some ways very distinctly, in some ways softly.  And the body that you stand in is required to heal what it has withheld from the light.

Now each one of you has a journey before her, before him, and this is a big journey.  Last week we talked to you about months and yes, there is a cycle going on now where you are working out the bondage that you have allowed to be in many different ways.  And what you will seek on this path are those things that stand in the way of your forward motion.  Where am I docile in my experience?  Where am I fearful?  Where am I judgmental?  Where do I say no to my own benefit?  Where do I say no to the benefit of others?  Where do I feel inferior and by what cause?  Where do I feel untrustworthy?  Where do I feel in limitation?

Now the analysis of these things is not required of you.  Believe it or not, the days of sitting back and remembering your injuries are long past.  That has become an exercise for too many people in saving the pain.  In this way, you can see what happened and work it through, but you are not necessarily clearing it in a higher frequency.

We ask you these questions tonight so that you can see them on the path.  You do not have to sit back in your chair scribbling in a journal to answer our questions.  You have to stay aware as you enter your day where you are stopping yourselves, where you are keeping your frequency low, where you are engaging in painful systems that are no longer serving your benefit.

Now tonight is a new night and we do have work to do with you.  But the work of the night is in maintaining the self in her frequency, in his frequency.  It is not about working outside of the self tonight, it is about working within.   And we would like to work with you individually on these things as we go around the room.  So, this will require some patience, but we believe the benefits will be worth it.  Now this is a big group that is about to get much, much bigger and we see it coming and we are actually preparing those of you who are here to facilitate.

Understand this, please. Your desire to serve in whatever way you choose to has been heralded by us.  And the way that you will serve is the way that you are called to.  But as the calling comes, you must remember yourselves as who you are.  I am that I am.  I am Word.  I am the Christ consciousness manifested.

Now this is true everyone, regardless of whether or not you feel it and we would like to tell you why:

The claim “I am Word” carries with it a cadence, a rhythm that is heard on higher levels.  It is not a mantra per se, it is a call to action and it assimilates itself in the higher realms.  It has been “coded” as it were to amplify itself in those who have brought it forth.  So actually, as you have claimed “I am Word” you have brought your whole energy frequency up to a place where it can vibrate in accordance with the Christ.  Your intellectual selves, the physical bodies that you stand in necessarily are not up to par yet.  But we will promise you this: Your energy fields are.  And guess what everybody, your energy field is the truth of who you are.  It is your consciousness manifested.

Now, you get to play catch up now.  We don’t want you walking around vibrating as the Word and smacking people in the head.  We don’t want you fighting in the bar or crying in your pillow at night because you didn’t get your way about something.  And these are all manifestations of the self that is requiring to change.  As you know who you are, your circumstances will change as well.  But the reactions that you still have to things you came to for very good reasons and letting go of those things does not happen overnight.

But your consciousness, we will tell you, is an amplification and the energy frequency that you stand in, “I am Word” is encoded in you.   And as you are vibrating as this you allow others to do the same.  You are a battery.  You inform those around you.  You teach them through your being, not through your saying, but through your being and the way you teach others will vary depending on what you are called to do.
